As our long-term HR partner, we engaged Cornerstone to develop and facilitate a half day DiSC profile training session with the Klinger team. The scope included conducting a one-on-one debrief session with each member, followed by a team development workshop to tie it all together. Having good knowledge of our business and what we were trying to achieve from the training, Cornerstone tailored the content and workshop accordingly. The training session was well run and our facilitator, Vanessa, was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced at effectively holding the room. There was a good mixture of theory, discussion, and activities to keep the team engaged, and the feedback following the session was overall positive.
